Wasn't the watch i really wanted tried to return it within their 30 day window. they refused to take it back stating it was used. Since they took a link out of the watch while i was purchasing it. Never wore the watch, they never told me that if they take a link out it was nonreturnable. Read the fine print. will not be doing business with Zales again!
