  It's everything that the big box stores are not. Employee's are friendly and knowledgeable. There's plenty of help when you need it and the management takes an active interest in the customer's experience. The drawback is that the selection is not as large, considering the store is not as large. But with the 2nd story expansion you can now get MOST of what you'd find at Lowes and Home Depot. More than the typical hardware store, certainly. For 80% of my needs - I'll go here.
