  I've had two really terrific experiences here and one unpleasant one. The bad experience was years ago and to be honest I can't even remember all the details anymore. It involved ordering a grill, and not getting communication from the sales staff. The first great experience was ordering a smoker, and the whole thing from start to finish was fantastic. Great, knowledgable sales people, good prices and excellent delivery/assembly people. The second great experience was when my meat thermometer died in the middle of a BBQ and I needed a new one before my pork shoulder was ready to come out. I stopped here on my way to a Kroger just to see if Icould get a cheapy. They didn't have anything in my price range, but the owner was nice enough to give me a very nice Big Green Egg meat thermometer at a DEEP discount (about 70% off) so I could finish my BBQ. Bottom line: This is a business of character. I'm sure they don't ALWAYS live up to their own standards - who does? - but when they fall short they always make it right. I firmly endorse.
