  We put a wood burning insert into our family room fireplace during the summer of 2016. So this is the second winter we have used it; and it IS AMAZING!!!!!! We have a ranch about 2600 sq. ft., so rooms are spread out. Yet this fire place insert is keeping the bulk of our home 3 to 4 degrees warmer than what the thermostat is set at. It runs 12 to 18 hours per day and is just phenomenal. I would recommend Vonderhaar and one of there fireplace inserts to anyone. The work is very professional and clean. We have absolutely no regrets - especially when we see how low our heating bill is.

  My experience with this company was absolutely wonderful.! I was having some trouble with my gas fireplace and had a technician, Brian C, come out and attempt to figure out the problem. He was very quick to diagnose the issue and explain it to me in the best possible way, he also arrived on time, with a smile, and was very respectful & professional. Before he left, he made sure that I was satisfied with what services he had provided me and provided me with several pamphlets with other things that Vonderhaar Fireplace has to offer, and was very informative on the prices of everything that I was interested in. Not to mention he, and the people I had spoke with to set the appointment up, were really nice and honestly made me realize that if I ever have any other issues or need anything concerning my fireplace or, even a NEW one for that matter, they're the people I'm definitely going to call. I appreciate the professionalism and the respect that I received as a customer and I look forward to spending my money with them again! Thank you Vonderhaar Fireplace, I was more than happy with my experience with your company, expect to be hearing from me again in the future!!
