  Kyle and Jordan are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My experiences at this location have always been five star worthy. The manager,Mike goes out of his way to help the customers.

  The staff here act like they are helping you when really they're just trying to rip you off. Bought an iPad Pro 9.7" but really wanted the 12.9" but was told that they didn't have them. Turns out they did but were getting incentives to sell the 9.7". Figures is give them the benefit the the doubt and went there again to switch account owners and was told that they weren't able to do it and that is need to call Verizon. Also uphold me a jet pack hotspot. Well when I called Verizon they told me that he was lying and could have done the transfer. Not only that but because I had just purchased a new device, the jet pack, I couldn't switch account owners until 30 days had passed. They told me he should have known that. Lesson learned, I won't be using this store again because they are either idiots or crooks.
