  Not surprised by the other awful reviews after my experience with this knock off Verizon. I can't even offer this location a star, but I had to in order to post. I would strongly recommend going only to a GENUINE Verizon Store. This Russell Cellular (housed under the Verizon name) does not maintain the same integrity to their warranties nor the care to servicing their customers that the ACTUAL Verizon down the street offers. Really, unless you want to be slighted at every angle, choose a VERIZON that is a REAL VERIZON store for the benefits you pay for.

  Very nice workers, but didn’t really know a lot of the answers to our questions. Our rep also gave me an accessory bundle without telling me. I came home and there was a six foot charger that was placed into my bag that I didn’t know I was getting. Annoyed how they secretly try to make money and meet their quota without telling the customer.
