  Wonderful, fantastic customer service. I stopped in today with a couple of rings I had received as gifts. One was the wrong size and another was a duplicate of something I already have. Not only did they gladly help me, but they went the extra mile with tracking down a hard to find item. While one of the items i wanted wasnt there in my size they kindly offered to have it shipped to my house from another store. They cleaned some of the jewelry I was wearing and were knowledgeable about older items (which I happened to be wearing)... always nice when someone recognizes and appreciates some of my older pieces. I would not hesitate to go back. This was my second trip to this particular store. Susanne was my rep and she was a delight.

  UPDATE: this store location will close and relocate to Kenwood Towne Centre later in 2018. There is Tiffany and then there is, well Tiffany. Conveniently located across Fountain Square, the staff are professional with no pressure to buy. The jewelry is exquisite and they offer an array of unique gift items - any of which come in that wonderful Tiffany blue box and bag.
