  When I came into the store some months ago experiencing an issue with my device, the employees in this location were callous, speaking down to us with an intentionally slow tone, and one of them even went so far as to poorly disguise his snickering at my increasing distress and upset. The attitude of those two employees were the straw that broke the camel's back, and after many other issues with T-Mobile as a carrier, their unpleasant and unfriendly demeanor were what prompted us to take our business someplace better.

  Service depends on which employee you are working with. Some. Are better then others. I would not call it as quality customer service as some other carriers I have been with. Just okay.

  went in a few weeks ago to pay on my prepaid plan, and the gentleman who was tending to me didnt charge me the full amount, resulting in me having to call customer care and hash it out with them. Walked in same store today, just to ask questions and view accessories and instead of the rep coming to me when I had a question about an item (he was standing at his terminal, idle), the rep made me come to him intead of him coming to him. afterwards, both reps were whispering during the remaining duration of my stay. The only reason I give a 3star is because of the Network service. Ive been going to this store since Valentine's day 2014 (my first phone was the Note 4). One would expect better overall care and service especially to a long-time patron. This place has really gone downhill quick, which is a shame seing as the kiosk in the mall just recently shut down and the reps relocated.
