  I ordered some single sided full color pages from an internet based business (one with a name ending in PRINT) and had MAJOR issues with quality and customer service, not to mention a huge delay in my shipment. I wound up canceling the order there and using this store's services. I believe the gal I was working with was named Kathleen, but either which way, she was absolutely the most helpful person! The paper I picked for my flyer was something they don't print enough with to keep massive amounts of stock of it in store, so she immediately called me to explain my options. I needed at least a portion of my project immediately, and she was able to give me everything she had in store. She sent the remainder to their production plant, and explained that it could be a few business days until I received the rest, but she put a rush on it. I got into the office today to find an email with tracking information that showed my package was on the truck for delivery TODAY! Less than 1 full business day after I placed my order. Needless to say, I know where I'll be giving my printing business, and it won't ever be that online conglomerate again.
