  The staff here are rude and unhelpful, the next store for Sprint is five miles away and i'd honestly recommend going to another store then come here. First impressions are everything so i'll never come back and glad I don't have Sprint anymore. Website is bad and coverage is slow compared to other carriers in the area. I think a T-Moblie store is right across the street would just go there instead for a phone plan. Over ten reviews with less than three stars with no Five star reviews in two years and the other high reviews are 4 to 5 years old has shown that the quality of this store and generally Sprint has gone down. At the time of writing this review the T-Moblie store right across the street has a 4.5 star overall and ten reviews and the Verizon in the same area has a 3.5 star review with over 25 reviews. Short story : Employees are rude, store is small and cramped and they're not helpful in this day and age where all the companies are fighting against each other for the lowest price or most data packages for the lowest price Sprint is falling behind. There is a reason stories of Sprint merging or getting bought up keep happening they are losing customers hand over fist to T-Moblie and other carriers.
