  This evening while filling up my wife's vehicle, I decided I would purchase her a car wash. They were advertising 20 cents off per gallon. In fact they were advertising it everywhere. Not a bad deal I thought. After finishing the fill up I noticed a tiny label in the top left corner of the pump "car wash closed". When I went in to inquire if the car wash was closed, the cashier stated it would be down until further notice, maintenance needs to look at it.. At this point I stated I would rather have a refund, which I was promptly denied. The reason was that the car wash is good for 30 days. She firmly expressed I can't give you a refund, which I countered with "But you can't give me a car wash either." I was told you'll just have to come back. I stated I wouldn't be back at all. She shrugged her shoulders and said "Ok."
