  Scherzinger's treatment poisoned my dog. After reviewing the chemicals used on my property my dog began having seizures. The Animal Hospital of West Chester and Med Vet hospital strongly suggested that I cancel this service, which I immediately did as well as ask a manager to contact me. Instead of cancelling, Scherzinger treated my yard again when no one was home and sent me a bill, which I did not pay for obvious reasons. My 3 year old autistic son's dog began having seizures again and died just before Christmas. When I called to complain, again, no manager every contacted me, just the billing department that had the audacity to tell me to pay the bill, for the treatment I did not authorize. So what did this "quality" family oriented company do? Submitted their bill to a collection agency! I spent $4600 trying to save our dog and Scherzinger STILL wants me to pay for a treatment I did not order! I can say without a shred of doubt that I will never, ever use them again and will devote my remaining years telling this story over and over to my neighbors and / or anyone else thinking of using their service. What complete heartless people and a bad company! Don't trust someone like this.

  Out of all the other pest control companies to choose from they have been most professional and responsive. We actually use them in our Cincinnati office. Great company that does great work!
