  That Kim is a liar that works there! I called her last Friday and informed her my dryer was broke. She was very nice and told me the store was closed and that if I call back on Monday when they opened up she would definitely send someone out that day if I called soon as they opened. I thought how nice of her to take the time out to talk to me when they were closed. Monday comes and I called at 10 am and as promised Kim answered and explained that they would be out between 4-6pm and if they couldn't fix my dryer they would bring a loner one out either way when they come. She even explained it would take a week to have mines returned if it was serviced, all I asked is please have them call a half hr before arriving. Of course it didn't end well..I calm Kim today to ask why would she lie to me?? She begins yelling at me and starts crying over the phone. I don't care you don't lie to a customer and promise things you can't deliver and then get nasty when I call her out on it! Everyone watch out for Kim she is a liar and not to be trusted. Anything she say don't believe unless it's in writing! Kim I hope you read this because talking on the phone with you is a waste of time, you completely ignored me, talked over me and pretended to cry. If you made a mistake and lied simply say I'm sorry and move on. You should NEVER work with customers because you have and continue to do the poorest job I've ever seen in customer relations! Kim I hope they fire you because they will lose a lot of customers over your lies!!!!
