  Love this place. I have been shopping at REI for years and I was thrilled when they opened one in Cincinnati. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices tend to be a bit higher than you can get elsewhere, but the customer service (return policy) more than makes up for it.

  Great selection. Always salespeople checking to see if we need assistance. Everyone is knowledgeable about anything you have a question about. Willing to spend time with you. But the prices are high. Guess you get what you pay for.
