  WOW, just WOW on customer service. Peter, Ed and Elaine helped me when I went there. I had called a few times before asking general questions about lenses and some camera issues or education I needed. Peter freely gave information over the phone without any expectation of a sale. Then, I got a new camera. The internet has A LOT of information, but a lot of conflicting information. So my fiance and I drove to ProCam--even though it was 30 minutes away. Peter, Ed and Elaine literally gave me a quick tutorial on how to use my brand new camera I bought from Nikon. And then--I found a FANTASTIC deal on a 105mm for my new camera..and a new bag--the prices are fantastic--but the customer service takes the cake. I will gladly drive 30 minutes every time I need new gear and/or help.

  Since grand opening my boyfriend wont stay out of there. We shop for his videography supplies, have their stickers and admire the service. Honest opinions, feedback, what to do how to do it is given. I dont shop at the camera stores but i know to go there and ask them and they can tell me what I need for advice
