  Picked up a bag of dog food for a new puppy in our home. The staff was really friendly, helpful, and even carried the bag out to our car. For This particular bag of dog food, their price was even better than Amazon. Happy to buy local with such great service. Will definitely return.

  This store is fantastic! Not only does it have an extensive selection of animal products, but they also have a DIY pet-bathing area ($10) complete with waterproof aprons, shampoo, towels, and a professional grade dryer. You have the option of keeping your dog on the ground or placing your dog into a stainless steel tub. Us, our family, and our friends come here to bathe our pups! We forgot our leash and the kind employee said it was no problem and let us borrow one.

  Super friendly and well informed staff. They very kindly gave me several cat food samples when I explained how my picky cat is driving me nuts trying to find food she likes. Fromma is the winner! This store carries a number of top quality premium pet foods that aren't available at the standard pet food stores.
