I visited the Kenwood Store on Saturday; needed 2 more skeletons to complete my Halloween display, they were out of stock, but found at another store. Within a day Dennis had arranged to have the additional items picked up from the other store and they were ready for me to pick up on Sunday. Needless to say I was impressed with this level of customer service. Thank You Dennis!
