  I had TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a king size bed and box springs. I found a bed bug on the mattress, I hadn't even taken the plastic off the bed yet. The next day after I bought the bed I went to the store to get a return and it took them two days just to pick the furniture up and he kept giving me the run around. I called him early that morning and he said he was waiting on his crew to get there. A few hours went by and I called again, he then told me that they'll be at my home to pick the furniture up around 6 or 7 and didn't get there until 9 which is what time they close. Not to mention I made a run to the store in the in between time to see what was going on and the owner and the delivery drivers were sitting in the store and this was at 7:30.. 30 minutes after the set time he said he was coming, and he continued to lie and say that the truck was already out and that they are probably on the way to my home. They didn't show up until 9, and that was after I called the store again complaining about it. They are VERY unprofessional, DO NOT SHOP HERE!
