  Murphy replaced some of our windows on two occasions and did not have a problem. They did fine. When we contracted with them to do the wood window trim is when the problem started. We were instructed by the Murphy salesperson to pay their trim carpenter in cash - which we did. The carpenter wasn't finished with the job but never showed back up and apparently ran away with the money we paid him. Murphy wanted us to track him down to get the money. The went after him themselves eventually but wanted additional money from us to finish the job. I never agreed to pay more money to finish. One-year later they finally finished the work but sent me a bill anyway. After stating that we were already paid in full we received an email saying pay the bill or face legal action. We were treated very unprofessionally.
