We payed almost 2 dollars more a square foot because of this assurance. When the wood arrived more than 10% is definitely tavern grade and does not look like the sample wood they have in the store. They’re back pedaling and not standing behind what they originally said. If I could do it over I would have just ordered the wood off the internet. Extremely disappointed and I feel ripped off.
