  I purchased a Sealy mattress on 12/26/16- it has 2 permanent indentations in it. I am so incredibly frustrated. I spoke with Channel (NY) and she spoke on my behalf to Sealy. I sent all my information and pictures to Sealy and they are still unable to help. I have reached out to try to get in contact with District Rep near my home, and never received a phone call back. I spoke the store again today where it was purchased- and I was informed that Mattress Firm does not even sell Sealy anymore as they were "unhappy with the way the beds were manufactured"... I have been asking for someone to help me for over 2 weeks. I want to purchase a new mattress at this point, and would like a refund so that I can do so.

  Antonio was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable regarding all of Mattress Firm's products. Took the time to understand what I needed in terms of comfort and options. I consider Antonio a sleep comfort expert. And even rarer still, he is a zero-pressure customer-centric professional. My advice. If you need a mattress or bed accessory, there is only one store in the Cincinnati area that will truly meet your needs. That store is the Mattress Firm store in Rookwood Commons!
