  I ordered a bed from this Eastgate Mattress Firm Location by the Eastgate Mall. The day it was delivered the delivery driver said the wrong frame was ordered and it wouldn't fit my bed. I called Mattress Firm and talked to Mike Dennis and told him what happened and that I am in my 80's and wasn't able to pick up the frame, but I needed my bed to function. About 2 hours later Mike not only brought me the frame, but set my bed up for me. I really appreciated the excellent customer service that I received from Mike and will tell my family and friends about Mike going the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and refer them to him when they need a bed.

  I purchased a Hampton and Rhodes mattress from this store on 2/27/16 and the mattress has fallen apart completely. Absolute garbage. I went in to get warranty info and was told I bought a floor model and it has no warranty. My sales person said it was under warranty. I guess it shows they make commission and will tell you anything for the sale. Very disappointing. Avoid this company at all cost. There are too many other stores and companies in the Cincinnati that will stand behind their product. I was cheated out of $679.97 from this crooked company.
