The manager at the Cincinnati Dayton Road location did not follow though on her offer to rectify the poor customer service that I received. Furthermore they only put a drop of sauce on the wings. Be sure to ask for extra sauce if you like your wings with sauce. I will stick with Buffalo wild wings!
