  My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the friendly helpful sales people working in this LaZboy store. We had shopped at aLaZboy store near where we lived in Illinois, and felt the staff there could not be bothered when we were shopping for one recliner. The two people we encountered, Dave, and Elizabeth were extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Both pointed out options, features, and various protection plans we could select. In the end we were very pleased with the service we received, and are looking forward to the delivery of our new chair.

  Bought a very nice couch there in January to begin furnishing our new house. Matching chairs were about $750 each.Said we would be back later to get the chairs.Got a 30% off coupon in the mail (preferred customer) so we went back in early March. We didn't leave after being treated very rudely by a sales associate. Spent a long time selecting fabric for our two chairs. Two chairs @ $750 each = $1500 - 30% = $1000.We are ready to buy! Guess what had gone up 30% in price since January.This was the straw that broke the camel's back. Two chairs now $2000.Too bad for us.We really like Lazy-Boy furniture.
