  This was the worst experience I've ever had when picking up a tux. A guy got my tux, showed me a fitting room and that was it. Like all other places I've ever been to where I've had to pick up a tux, at the very minimum a staff member would at least ask if everything fitted alright. Not here! When I walked out of the fitting room, no one came over. The store was empty. The guy saw me, but just stood at the register and did nothing. No one ever came over as I was standing there for 5 minutes self-inspecting myself in the mirror. Needless to say, the only thing that did do its job was the mirror. I will never go back to Jos A Bank for anything. If you're a west-sider, just go to Peppe Ramundo. At least they'll put an ounce of effort just to make sure you look good for your wedding day or etc.
