  Horrible experience. They tried to rip my grandparents off on a lottery scratch off ticket they had won. When they started to cash the ticket the clerk said they only get a certain amount back instead of giving them the full amount they have won. Please if you play the lottery there check your tickets yourself don't trust the clerk's amount they say you get back for cashing your ticket. They will try to rip you off of what you earn back.
