  If this Home Depot was on wheels it would be a clown car!!! Carpet order was a nightmare. They failed to order the carpet then canceled order twice. The install contractor found the carpet on the loading dock so Home Depot staff had to re-enter order. I was promised $200.00 to be taken off my account by Derek, assistant manager. After two phone calls to him to get the credit still nothing. Tried to go through accounts and nothing. I must have told my story 8-9 times to various levels of management and finance, Three months of BS at all levels and never the credit for $200.00. ####Buyer Beware####
