  Very expensive, not a fair deal.. Tommy came and charged $155 for just showing how to lit the pilot light & stating it cannot be fixed & needs to be replaced. I called them first time seeing their website that they charge $99 and there was $25 off coupon for any repair which I could use. But he told he lit the pilot light and that is additional work. He also did not accept $25 coupon. Not a fair deal. I will not call them again.

  First let me say, I called today to make an appointment and there was a service technician here within one hour. That was great but unexpected. The service tech that came, Mark, was very concerned with my electrical problem. After some troubleshooting, the problem was fixed in a timely manor. He also installed a Motion detection light on my shed. He took the time to adjust the lights in the best position. He was very professional, respected my house, and was very concerned with my concerns. I can honestly say I have never been so impressed with a company doing service at my house. From the initial phone call, to the work being completed, I was very impressed. I would very highly recommend the Hermann company. Marcia Ferguson
