  I had purchased a ring that I needed to get resized. I was told that to resize the ring would mean that we would lose diamonds. So they gave us the offer to pick a different ring. But in order to pick a different ring it meant that I had to lose my lifetime warranty and instead settle for a ten year warranty. There was no way that I could tell my fiancé that she must settle for a ring that would always have an issue of losing diamonds so that I could keep my lifetime warranty, especially when they made the offer for us to pick a different ring right in front of her. So now I have lost my warranty and wish I had bought from a different jeweler. I called to check to see if somehow I could get my lifetime warranty back. I called three different times to see about an update if they had been able to restore my warranty. They never gave me a call back. Finally on the third call they told me that they could not restore my warranty. So now we have a new ring, which still doesn't fit and has been sent in to be resized. 20 days later and my fiancé still can't wear her wedding ring. It won't be til July that we get it back.
