  Came here ready to spend $400+ on a new console w/ games. The guy working had a few friends hanging out in store and was too busy talking to acknowledge his only customer. I waited several minutes for a break in their conversation but he wouldn't even make eye contact even with me standing right in front of him. I would have said something but losing a sale seemed more effective. This store used to be great but has unfortunately gone way downhill.
