  Customer service sucks. I called to ask if they had a pair of shoes in stock they said they couldn't tell me over the phone. I had to come in to find out. I even told the guy I don't need them held I just wanna know if you have a size before I drive that way. Why drive that way if you don't have them how stupid. Guess I'll go to Finish Line.

  I went in looking for a good time and left feeling attacked :( good thing the kind well mannered workers at shoe department were able to uplift my spirits and help me find the shoes I was looking for.
