  We were looking at pavers for a stone patio. Fireside had a good selection displayed in patio format outside. Very helpful, and we found just what we were looking for.

  I called Fireside/IPS and talked to a woman named Pam, she was very rude and was using unprofessional words. I called the next day and talked to her and again she was disrespectful and didn't know what she was talking about. I then came in and talked to a man named Kyle he was respectful and tried to help me out. He fixed my fire place and it has been working ever since. IPS/Fireside almost lost my business if it wasn't for Kyle. I tell everyone to call him if they need any fire place work, and i will call him again if i have any questions.
