  I've been trying to track my order, but no one is answering the phone! I've called 4 times with no answer, and now i tried calling & i'm getting a busy signal! This is very poor customer service!!!!! These people decided to answer the phone at 5pm and they hadn't delivered my wife's gift talking about they didn't notice it was a business when i was in the store i told the lady that did my order that it was a business and she assured me that they would deliver my wife's gift this morning! Needless to say my wife won't get her gift till tonight! I think "Edible Arrangements" should reimbursement me for the delivery charge!!!! After this i don't know if i'll use this company again!
