  I am not sure who "Mike" is, but he definitely was not who I spoke with either of the times that I was there. I really had high hopes, after other reviews. The person had no idea what I was talking about. He online looking up specs! And when we found which item that I was looking for, he could not find it in the shop. After some searching, he told me that they were out of stock. No problem. But when I asked about when it would be in, he had no idea again. Maybe never.
