  I originally called Walgreen's (their local 513 number) looking for a High Dose Flu shot, and a pneumonia shot. When I pressed "3 for the Health Clinic" my call was re-routed to a call center someplace else in the world. I asked if they had the required injections to which I was told, they only had the flu shot at the Montgomery store and not the pneumonia shot. When I asked what it would cost, she asked for my insurance details. I informed the representative that I was on Medicare, with a Part B Plan through Anthem MediBlue, and was told it would cost me $59.95 for the High Dose Flu shot (which is incorrect). So I hung up. I'm also not running all over town to get two shots. I then called CVS on Linwood Rd. They answered the phone right in the pharmacy. I spoke with 'Robin' who took my request, looked on the shelf to confirm both injections were available, asked for my insurance information, typed up an order for my required injections, and needed to call me back to confirm what it would cost me. She returned my call within 10 minutes telling me it'll cost $0.00, and booked an appointment for me right then. Perfect!! (Thank you, Robin!) Within an hour, I received a call back from a Walgreen's Survey robo-call, asking me to take a survey about my experience. In order to participate, I was instructed to "Press 1 for English" ... Nope. 'Click.' I couldn't be any happier with the personal service I received from Robin at this CVS store. Job Well Done! Thank you very much.
