  Our salesman, Richard S., was very knowledgable and helpful. Giving us important information as we decided which mattress to purchase. He gave us time to talk and discuss, and did not hassle us - even when we said we'd like to think it over. The delivery guys called before we even checked in to see when they would arrive. In addition to setting up our new mattress & box springs, they took our old set to the garage and covered it with the plastic from the new mattress so they would be ready for trash pick up. We love our new King Koil mattress and were very pleased with Cincy Mattress.
