  Bought a mattress from them, and less than a year later the mattress was not holding up. It has a 15 year warranty, so it should have held up. I had to use the warranty. It was a hassle, but went back to pick out the mattress that we had and the quit making it. Therefore I had to upgrade spending more money. The biggest downfall to the warranty is that if you have a mark or stain of any kind it voids the warranty, and you have to wait to get your money back until they receive the other mattress. So I had to make sure they picked it up and dropped off the new matress. I was told I would get my refund basically right away, and when I called back the store told me that they had nothing to do with it and had to email the warranty about my refund. Now I have twice the money tied up. The mattress cover I bought with the original mattress began to rip as well. So that was junk as well. When the new mattress arrived, the delivery guys just dropped it off, made me sign and quickly left. When my wife was putting a new mattress cover on it, we noticed stains on it. This supposedly voids all warranties. We called them and they told us to go through the warranty company. I also bought an expensive table and chairs. One chair was splintered and another chair was wobbly. I had to place 2 felt pads under the leg to keep it from wobbling. They told me that I needed to go through warranty company as well. All the items in my house for less than 12 hours and they wouldn't help me. I will never buy another piece of furniture from them.
