  Very sadly, they have seen the last of me! I bought my wife a skirt a little over a year ago and it has a major fabric flaw on the front on the skirt. I wanted to exchange it because it was a flaw. They said it was damage from a Moth, basically taking me as a fool! Their products are known for being well made and if not, they stand behind them - Courtney seemed to miss out on that message! I did a decent amount of business with them and its sad that one employee ruined that decades long relationship. As I said previously, I am no longer a Brooks Brothers Customer. I'll take my business to any one of their competitors.
