  My wife and I had a horrible experience here. We took her phone in to be repaired which is guaranteed under her black tie protection plan. The woman who helped us was very under trained and was more concerned with talking on her cell phone than helping us. Once she finally did get off her personal phone she was very ignorant when it came to helping us with getting a repair order. We did finally get the phone sent out for repairs but once we got it back the phone wouldn't charge and was still broken. I have the same phone so it wasn't the battery because we switched batteries and it still wouldn't charge. We normally go to the retail store but was at the mall so we went to the mobile store. I can tell you this I wouldn't recommend anyone going to the mobile store and just spend the gas money to go to the retail store.
