  Complete nightmare experience. Customer service is absolutely horrific. Kept me on hold forever. Told me the oven was en route to my house even though it was past the four hour window. Told me she was going to get the drivers number for me to call and never returned. We called back and told the gentleman who answered that we wanted our money back and he said we were being too demanding. Who says that to a customer?!?! We spent 1200 just on the oven and they have the nerve to say WE the customer was being demanding. Worst experience ever!! And what sucks, it’s not over! We still don’t have an oven or our money back!!
