When we tried to return something a few days after purchase, the salesperson lied to our faces and said she told us their policy before our purchase. We would never had bought clothes had we known about their policy. So the best you can hope for is a store credit printed on a paper receipt that will not be replaced if it's lost. Very sleazy people and policy.
