  Usually I don't have to post negative reviews however, we purchased a bottle of lotion and it is one of the few that comes in glass... With the very cold temperatures were having (-14) the lotion froze and cracked the glass open.. I tried to see if I could return for a new bottle and was denied... I dunno, I can see it being my fault and I am not arguing that.. however if I was in charge of the store, I would just allow my customer to grab a new bottle and take back the broken one...
