  I love bath and body works. I often visit this location because of the proximity to my job. I've started utilizing locations that are less accessible/convenient for be due to recent experiences here. During a recent promotion, my friends and i were unable to purchase scents that we wanted because employees had them behind the counter for personal purchases. If they were going to buy them for themselves they eould have done so and gotten them out of sight or held them outside of the customers view. When we inquired about the items and the process of holding products for customers, we were told that they were being held for employees, not customers, and that we to could get that privilege if we worked there. That was very unprofessional in my opinion.
