  ACE is a great company , and David " King Of Pest Control " King is a great addition to my arsenal. . I am the director of maintenance for a property management company . I only use ACE for my pest control issues. There have been a few times that I have pest control issues on move in day . David has always been right there for me. The technicians are always very professional and thorough . They contact me for issues that I need to address and they have always been courteous to our tenants. Last but not least the office staff is a pleasure to talk to . They always remind me of appointments, and are super pleasant to deal with.
